   The slum is a degraded area of a certain city characterized by precarious housing, lack of infrastructure and without regularization of land ownership, and by their characteristics aims to absorb the music in the form of express to society the place of discrimination and to social problems, the refuge of the excluded, Scenarios of great loves and tragedies, the relationship with the crime, the underworld, malandragem, corruption, the worker, the forgotten region by the Government, the gross mismanagement and from music residents of communities can express their feelings in favor of improvements to their communities so that it becomes worthy of what it does for the community and to the world.
